Beetroot, Raspberry & Chia Smoothie

Serves 2

prebiotic / liver-supportive / warming / aphrodisiac

 

Ingredients:

200g frozen raspberries

160g pre-cooked beetroot

Juice of a large orange

1 tsp chia seeds

3 tbs Greek yoghurt Grating of fresh ginger

 

Method:

  1. Add the beetroot, orange juice chia seeds and ginger to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add the berries, the yoghurt and the water. Blend again until well combined.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two serving glasses, top with a dollop of yoghurt and sprinkle with some more chia seeds. Serve immediately.
