Whatever type of pain you suffer from it can be utterly soul-destroying, exhausting and at times can completely take over your life. I have personal experience with abdominal pain with a history of food intolerances, endometriosis, cysts and adenomyosis all of which I have managed to overcome with a cleaner diet and self-help practices. All of these techniques I am able to teach my clients through the integrated approach of nutritional therapy, reflexology and abdominal massage.

Digestive discomfort

[vc_empty_space height=”5px”][vc_column_text]Digestive discomfort seems to be very much common place in todays society. Food intolerances and allergies are significantly on the rise. I worked tirelessly with a Nutritionist to rebuild her immune system and overall gut health.

I work with patients to help reduce inflammation, making sure waste elimination is optimal, repair the gut and replenish the gut with good quality foods and probiotics.

Period Pain

[vc_empty_space height=”5px”][vc_column_text]Most patients I see suffer or have suffered from significant period pain. Regretfully the pill just masked my symptoms. Even in 2020 it takes an average of 10 years for someone suffering from endometriosis to get a diagnosis and treatment, which simply isn’t good enough.

Please understand that PAIN ISN’T NORMAL.

Over the last 10 years, I have learnt a lot how to manage menstrual pain and I can help my patients with using a combination of these treatments…[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
