After some years of 3 Miscarriages and struggling to conceive, my partner and I began the journey of IVF and I wanted to do everything I could to help improve our chances of a full-term pregnancy. I started looking into different things that might help improve our chances. I came across Natural Fertility where I started having Acupuncture with Ann, who is wonderful at working with your every need and listening to you. This help in many ways to relax me and improve my blood flow as I suffer with stagnated blood flow. I didn’t realise how relaxing acupuncture was and how much it helps your mental ability. I was immediately put at ease and was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the treatment room. I felt that the approach was very much holistic.
Ann recommended having reflexology as well which is great as Natural Fertility do both treatments. I went on to see Katy for reflexology which well was absolutely amazing what Katy can feel through your feet and help to improve fertility. After my first IVF transfer unfortunately was unsuccessful Katy advises adding in fertility womb massage which would increase more blood circulation and stimulation. I completely trusted Katy recommendation as I had felt such a change with reflexology. The treatments were incredibly relaxing, and I felt as though we were actively working on my fertility. In fact, for the first time in a long while, I felt a sense of control over our situation and as well as looking forward to subsequent treatments, I was able to carry the principles and some techniques at home in between sessions.
After my 2nd transfer, Katy kept me sane with her ability to feeling energy through reflexology technique until I had my test and first scan as this is such a tough time for everyone. I had little hope, but Katy kept me strong and we had a positive test, we could believe it. I continue to have reflexology through out my pregnancy and we now have a very special little bundle of joy in our lives.
I really couldn’t have done this without the airport of Natural Fertility and the team. I really felt that fertility massage in combination with acupuncture and reflexology really was my key to success.

I never had my menstrual cycle after we met and was pregnant the following month!

I started seeing Katy for reflexology and abdominal massage after being diagnosed with unexplained secondary infertility and two failed frozen IVF rounds.
I’d heard about The Natural Fertility Clinic through my fertility clinic and decided to contact them. I got a swift response and scheduled my first appointment where we used zoom due to the pandemic. It worked really well and I got a feel for who Katy was and what she could offer me. We decided on a plan and scheduled a reflexology and abdominal massage session for the following week. Katy also helped me with my nutrition and supplements I should be taking. Throughout my IVF journey I have always had very thin lining, this is possibly why all my cycles failed. I started a protein heavy diet and within a few months my scans were showing a much thicker lining. This was very promising. On my first reflexology session Katy had established my energy levels were very low and I was in need of change. I got straight onto the new diet and supplements and within weeks I could feel the difference and Katy could too through my feet. Katy has a great set up at her home. I really enjoy my weekly visits and always feel so much better afterwards. I’d recommend Katy as she is brilliant at what she does and really knows her stuff. She makes you feel at ease and is lovey to vent and talk to.

I had three wonderful fertility massage sessions with Katy in which I felt truly nurtured. Katy’s empathy, professionalism and passion radiates from her. The massages were outstanding and incredibly relaxing, I genuinely looked forward to each treatment. I felt calmer, uplifted and more connected with my body and in particular with my womb after each session.
Katy also gave me nutritional advice which until today I still follow and will continue. These changes along with the massages undoubtedly helped us to conceive our beautiful baby girl. Katy, I am so glad I found you!

After 3 attempts at IVF and having previously tried acupuncture, I decided to see Katy for reflexology. In the scan a week before we should have had our next embryo transfer, the nurse saw a polyp in my womb and cancelled our 4th cycle, suggesting I have surgery to remove it. Previously, they had also seen small spots of fluid in my womb which was a reason one of the previous cycles had been cancelled. I was once again devastated and asked Katy for her opinion.
She suggested abdominal massage which could help break down the polyp. I went for a few sessions, found it very relaxing and she also sent me home with instructions of how I could do this myself, which were very easy to follow. Katy also recommended I try castor oil packs, again explaining that it can help to break down polyps and draw out fluid from the abdominal area. I tried to do the massage for 5 minutes every night before bed and did castor oil packs every 2/3 days depending on how much time I had. I would also listen to fertility meditations while I had the pack on, to relax and put myself in a positive mindset for the next attempt.
I decided not to have surgery, due to the size of the polyp and cost/time I would have to wait until another cycle, so gave all of Katy’s advice a go and went ahead with the next cycle with my fingers crossed. On that final scan, the polyp was nowhere to be seen, there was absolutely no fluid in my uterus and my womb lining was the thickest it had ever been! We went ahead with the next cycle of IVF, which was successful, and our beautiful baby is due in October ???? I couldn’t be more grateful for Katy’s help and truly believe that she, and the treatment she suggested, helped me to fall pregnant after a long, difficult and heart-breaking period of time where it felt that everything that could have gone wrong, did.
